Ingredients
  

  • 6 English muffins, split
  • 3 cups ground ham
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 375'.
  • Mix the ham, cheese, onion and the eggs and spread evenly between the english muffin halves.
  • Bake on cookie sheet 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Broil 2 to 3 minutes to brown.
