Ingredients
  

  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 5 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon bay leaf
  • 1 Guinness stout
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup dried lentils
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup peas

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for peas into crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Add peas and cook for 2 more hours.
